Bag terms from Chinese listings, translated

Using the tray, step by step

  1. Open any bag rail or the catalogue page and press + Tray on a card. The button changes to "In the tray".
  2. Press the round Tray tab in the bottom corner to open the drawer. Finds are grouped by shelf, each shelf with a count.
  3. Use the arrows to move a find up or down within its shelf, drag a line to reorder it, or press the cross to take it out.
  4. Copy links puts one product link per line on your clipboard. Print list prints the names with their links. Empty tray clears everything.

Your saved items live in this browser's local storage. They are not sent to us, they do not follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data empties the tray. Nothing in the tray adds up prices or estimates shipping.

Short answers for a first bag haul

These come up most often from people putting together a first bag haul, and the answers are short on purpose; the longer versions are on the pages linked from each one.

Can I still order through AllChinaBuy?

Not through its website for now. The site carried only a maintenance notice on 20 October 2026, the last day we looked. The links on this site still lead to products, which any agent taking orders can buy for you. The record page has the detail.

Is the price on a card what I will pay?

No. It is the yuan figure the catalogue showed on the date printed on the card. The shop's price on the day you order, the agent's exchange rate, any service or payment charge and international shipping all come in between.

Why does a card show a whole grid of bags?

Some sellers photograph a complete colour range in one image. Open the product page, find the single photo of the colour you want and name it when you order.

Why are there no brand names on the cards?

We write every title and note ourselves and leave brand names out. Some seller photos show logos or lettering; we describe what is in the picture without naming anyone. If you think an entry infringes someone's rights, email us and we will review it.

Will the tray remember my list next time?

Yes, in the same browser on the same device, until you empty it or clear your browser data.

How big a parcel will my tray make?

The tray cannot tell you. Packed size depends on the bags' shapes, their packaging and how the warehouse packs them; ask your agent for an estimate, or for a trial pack where one is offered.

Which agent should I use?

We do not choose for you. The record page compares four agents on three warehouse points, with dates; read their current pages before deciding, and start with one small order.

Problems with an order, and where they belong

This site sells nothing and holds no orders, so a problem with a purchase goes to the agent you ordered through: its customer service handles wrong items, damage and refunds under its own rules. Keep the warehouse photos, the order number and any messages with the shop. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box before opening it, because many agents ask for that as evidence.

This independent catalogue cannot access agent accounts, orders, parcels or refunds. For an AllChinaBuy order, use the service-email or online-service entry shown on AllChinaBuy’s own site; their presence does not establish a response time.
