AllChinaBuy, from its warehouse rules to the notice now on its site

AllChinaBuy is a China shopping agent that bought from Chinese marketplaces on a buyer's behalf, stored the goods in its warehouse and shipped them abroad. This page keeps what its own pages said about that work, with dates, and what we found when we looked at its site.

What AllChinaBuy did for a buyer

AllChinaBuy is a China shopping agent: a go-between for buyers abroad and Chinese marketplaces that do not post overseas or take foreign cards. In the copies of its pages we hold, from 2025 to August 2026, an order ran as a short chain. You pasted a product link from a Chinese shop, AllChinaBuy bought the item on your behalf, the seller posted it to the AllChinaBuy warehouse, staff checked and photographed it, and it waited there until you sent it on as part of a parcel.

Its help article on charges, as displayed on 4 August 2026, said there was no service fee on ordinary marketplace orders beyond the item cost and shipping, with optional value-added services paid for separately. Second-hand orders were the exception, carrying a fee per order that covered inspection and extra photos, and a customs declaration charge was added per parcel at the shipping stage.

Orders, parcels and balances under the notice

If you had goods in AllChinaBuy's warehouse or money in its account, the notice is the only current word we can point to. It asks anyone with questions about orders to use the online customer service button on the page or to write to the service email it gives, and says requests will be reviewed. We have not tested whether either channel replies.

The rules on our storage page are the rules as they stood in August 2026; we cannot tell you how they are applied today. If a particular payment worries you, your card issuer or payment provider is the party that can tell you which rules cover it.

What it offered a haul before the notice

Going by its archived pages, three things made AllChinaBuy a sensible home for a bag haul. Ordinary orders carried no agent service fee, so a haul of cheap totes and wallets was not charged item by item. Goods could wait 90 days free in the warehouse, long enough for slow shops to catch up. And it offered a Shipping Expert service for buyers who wanted someone else to choose the packing and the route.

None of that is unusual among agents. The fairer comparison is with what is available now: while its site shows only the notice, there is no order page to use, so for a haul today the real question is when to use another agent, not whether. The comparison further down this page is there for that decision.

Fees and currency in its archived pages

AllChinaBuy priced goods in Chinese yuan, the currency of the marketplaces it bought from. Its payment page text said its exchange rate followed the latest rate published by ICBC, one of China's large state-owned banks, adjusted regularly, and warned that it would differ from real-time rates because of fluctuation and cross-border fees. We cannot measure that gap now, so this site gives no percentage for it.

The lesson carries over to any agent. The yuan price on a catalogue card is the starting figure; the amount that leaves your bank depends on the agent's rate, any payment charge and the shipping you choose later. Compare the exchange rate an agent shows at checkout with your own bank's rate on the same day.

Warehouse photos on its record

Its buying guide said that when an item reached the warehouse, staff carried out a series of checks and took photos for you to view, and that goods from 1688 followed a different set of inspection standards. Those photos were the moment to catch a wrong colour or a missing strap, before the item joined a parcel.

For bags, judging the QC photos comes down to a handful of checks: the right colour and option, straps and hardware present, no marks on the front panel, and the box or pouch you were promised. If photos came out blurred or badly lit, its interface text said you could ask for them to be taken again.

Agents still open for a haul

Other agents do the same basic job AllChinaBuy did: buy for you in China, store, photograph and ship. All four accepted new orders on the October 2026 days we looked at them. We set them side by side on three warehouse points this catalogue keeps returning to, and only those; every answer carries a date and points back to that agent's published pages, and the order of the cards is not a ranking.

For a haul that will arrive in dribs and drabs, LoongBuy, Hipobuy and Tigbuy each listed 90 free days, against Lovegobuy's 60. For a parcel where you want the packed weight before paying for freight, LoongBuy, Hipobuy and Lovegobuy each listed a trial pack at CN¥20, while Tigbuy published no such service. For returns after the warehouse photos, Tigbuy allowed seven days and the other three five, so on that point LoongBuy sits behind Tigbuy. Two dated facts per agent are a start, not a verdict: read an agent's current fee page, try it with one small order and look at its first set of warehouse photos before trusting it with a full haul.

Haul videos: the unboxing, minus the warehouse

Much of what buyers know about agents comes from haul videos on YouTube and TikTok and from threads on Reddit, where people open a parcel on camera and talk through what arrived. They are good for one thing above all: seeing a real bag in daylight, in someone's hands, after an international journey.

What they rarely show is the dull part that decides whether a haul goes smoothly: how long items sat in the warehouse, what storage and shipping cost, and what happened when something arrived wrong. Treat a video as a look at the goods and an agent's published rules as the terms. We do not quote or link individual videos or threads.

Official notices on file

The only official notice from AllChinaBuy since our earlier copies is the maintenance page itself. We found no newer announcement, promotion or update on its domain during our check of 20 October 2026. Promotions that once ran on its home page are not repeated here, because they belonged to pages that are no longer showing and their terms cannot be checked.

The original AllChinaBuy order and parcel sequence

This sequence follows the official AllChinaBuy guide captured on 4 August 2026. It contains Steps 1–9 followed by a separate final step. Screen examples and historic policies do not establish current availability or terms.

Step 1 — Select Item

Copy the exact marketplace product link into the AllChinaBuy search bar. The archived guide also offered a keyword search. A saved catalogue option is more precise than a broad keyword: keep the seller link, colour, size and quantity together.

Step 2 — Submit Order

Compare the imported options, select colour, size and quantity, then use “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. If the “Fill in A Shopping Agent Order” form appears, enter the requested product information manually. A similar search result is not a substitute for the listing you selected.

Step 3 — Pay for Item(s)

Review the destination country, remarks, selected services and disclaimer on the confirmation page. This payment covered the goods and Chinese domestic delivery. Payment methods and any fees must be checked in the account actually taking your payment; the old screenshot is not a current price list.

Step 4 — AllChinaBuy Purchase

The agent contacted the seller and bought the requested item. The guide used “order enquiry” for purchase questions. An order submitted by you, an item purchased by the agent and an item dispatched by the seller are different events. Ask which event is outstanding before approving a substitute.

Step 5 — AllChinaBuy Inspection and Storage

The recorded guide placed inspection and photographs after warehouse arrival. It directed buyers to “My AllChinaBuy” → “Warehouse” and noted that 1688 purchases used a different inspection standard. Compare the received option with your saved order. Resolve missing evidence or a return request before submitting a parcel; the free-storage period is not a return deadline.

Step 6 — Submit for Delivery

Select the intended items in “My Warehouse”, submit them for delivery, enter the delivery details and review the available routes. Check restrictions and any packaging, reinforcement or insurance options. Combining items is a choice, not a guarantee of lower freight; compare the actual contents and packed estimate.

Step 7 — Pay international shipping fee deposit

The archived guide called this an international shipping fee deposit. Its estimate depended on weight, route and destination; final cost depended on the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. This is the second agent-payment stage. Read the current settlement and import-charge terms before approving a new parcel.

Step 8 — AllChinaBuy Delivery

The warehouse consolidated, packed, reinforced where requested, weighed and dispatched the parcel. Paying freight did not itself establish carrier collection. Keep the parcel reference and distinguish a shipping label from an acceptance scan.

Step 9 — Waiting for your package to arrive

The guide directed buyers to “Parcels” to follow shipping progress. Keep the agent parcel reference and carrier tracking number together. For a stalled scan, check which carrier currently holds the parcel before asking for an update.

Final step — Delivered & Review

After receipt, the guide used “My AllChinaBuy” → “Parcels” to confirm delivery. The same parcel offered “Apply After-Sales”. Inspect the contents and retain labels, packaging and evidence before confirming everything is correct. Historic rewards or claims deadlines do not establish the terms for a new order.

Apply the checkpoints to this catalogue

For a bag haul, save the dimensions and included straps or accessories with the option. At warehouse inspection, check corners, closures and hardware before deciding to combine items. A structured bag may need support that a soft tote does not; compare packed volume, route compatibility and storage timing before paying freight.
